Crunchy Chicken Skin

Ingredients :
1 teaspoon red chili flakes 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon salt 
9 ounces of chickens skin 
2 tablespoons butter 
1 teaspoon organic essential olive oil
​1 teaspoon paprika 

Directions:  
Combine the bottom black pepper, chili flakes, and paprika together. Stir a combination and combine it with the chicken skin. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Set pressure to succeed cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Add the butter in pressure to succeed cooker and melt it. Add the chicken skin and sauté it for 10 mins, stirring frequently. When the chicken skin gets crunchy, take it off from pressure cooker. Place the chicken skin about the paper towel and drain. Serve warm.
