Veggie Aromatic Stew

Prep time: fifteen MINUTES | Cooking time: 20 MINUTES | Servings: 7 

Ingredients :
2 carrots 
1 zucchini 
8 ounces broccoli
​4 ounces cauliflower
​4 cups chicken stock 
​¼ cup tomato paste 
1 teaspoon sugar 
​½ tablespoon salt 
? cup parsley 
1 tablespoon butter
​2 onions 
1 teaspoon oregano 

Directions:
Wash the broccoli and work into florets. Chop the zucchini and carrots. Place the vegetables in pressure cooker. Add the chicken stock and tomato paste. Sprinkle the amalgamation while using sugar, salt, butter, and oregano. Mix well and close the pressure cooker lid. Cook at ”Sauté” mode for ten mins. Peel the onions and chop them roughly. When the cooking time ends, open pressure cooker lid and add the onions. Chop the parsley and add it on the stew mixture. Add butter and mix well. Close pressure cooker lid Cook at ”Pressure” mode for 10 mins. When the stew is cooked, release pressure and open the lid. Mix the stew carefully. Add the stew to serving bowls.
