Leek Soup

Ingredients :
10 ounces leek 
2 garlic cloves 
5 cups vegetable stock 
1 teaspoon salt
​1 yellow onion 
1 tablespoon organic organic olive oil 
? cup sour cream 
1 teaspoon oregano 
4 ounces noodles
1 teaspoon butter
​1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions:  
Chop the leek. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them. Peel the onion and dice it. Combine the onion and garlic. Mix well make it in pressure to ensure success cooker. Set the pressure cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Add butter and sauté for 7 minutes. Add chopped leek and pour the vegetable stock. Sprinkle the soup mixture while using salt, ground white pepper, oregano, and cream. Close the load cooker lid Cook at «Sauté” mode for ten minutes. Open pressure to have success cooker lid and add the noodles. Mix the soup well and close the strain cooker lid. Cook at ”Pressure” mode for two main minutes. Release pressure and open the worries cooker lid. Stir the soup well, then ladle the soup into serving bowls.
