Glazed Jalapeno Slices


Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 7 minutes | Servings: 10 

Ingredients :
​8 ounces jalapeno pepper
​¼ cup Erythritol 
5 tablespoon water 
2 tablespoons butter 
1 teaspoon paprika 

Wash the jalapeno pepper and take off the seeds. Slice it towards the thin circles. Sprinkle the sliced jalapeno pepper with all of the paprika and Erythritol. Blend a mix. Put the butter into the pressure cooker and add water. Set the worries cooker to ”Sauté” mode. When the butter begins to melt, add the sliced jalapeno in pressure to succeed cooker. Close the lid and sauté the dish for 7 minutes. When the cooking time ends, take away the dish from pressure to succeed cooker. Cool it and serve.
